The Proctor Health Care Foundation was established in 1983 as an Illinois not-for-profit corporation organized and operated for charitable purposes to support the mission of Proctor Hospital:

We provide philanthropic and leadership support, ensuring the long-term success of Proctor Hospital by

• Developing and maintaining professional staff and volunteers who exemplify the highest standards of stewardship, integrity, discernment and dedication
• Identifying innovative and creative initiatives
• Partnering with hospital staff to meet the hospital’s most critical needs

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
